- We ship 99% of our items through USPS. We have shipped over 30,000 packages with a minimal number of problems. We use only the industry’s highest standards using new shipping boxes and materials. We take extra care in how we package your items and are among the highest-rated in eBay seller shipping satisfaction.
Most items over $500 will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail Insured requiring Signature Confirmation. Our insurance provider requires us to double-box Priority Mail shipments. Doing both ensures enhanced protection for both the seller and buyer.
We DO NOT ship outside of the United States and Canada. Please contact us before buying, to request a possible exception.
- If you should find the need to return a purchase, please contact us.
#1. Obtain an RMA # from us first. Write this RMA # on the front of your package.
#2. All returns must be received in the exact condition you received it in. Coin flips are heat-sealed to prevent the switching of coins. This is industry standard practice. If this seal is broken showing the coin has been removed, your return will not be processed. Your coin will be returned to you immediately with no refund. Coin slab holders must not be damaged.
#3. Returns must be received back to us no later than 30 days. No exceptions. Refunds are typically processed within 1-2 days of receipt, often the same day. There may be an occasion that we are out of the office attending a coin convention, but we will message you acknowledging receipt of your return and when to expect your refund.
#4. When returning items, please package securely AND insure for full value. We cannot assume responsibility for items lost or damaged in delivery. The buyer is responsible for the returned item until tracking shows delivered to us.
